Controlled by microcomputer, the whole cycle test environment of the spring can be completed automatically, or the user can measure a parameter of the spring according to the actual needs, adjust the test program, the operation is very convenient, and the test report can be printed. The test force of the spring can be tested under a certain amount of deformation (or height), or the height or deformation of the spring can be measured under a certain test force.

3. the A / D acquisition of the controller is pure hardware acquisition, which can conduct high-speed acquisition and correlation recording of the whole process data in the process of spring force (the original sampling frequency is 250000 times / s); The hardware comparator based on complex programmable logic controller (CPLD) can reliably protect the overload of the sensor;

4. based on the relational database of Microsoft ADO, the whole process test data of various springs with different test dates, different batches and different test parameters are stored in large quantities. The spring data can be called according to different query categories such as batch number, serial number and part number.

5. one click automatic test, different test schemes can be established according to the needs. Multiple batch numbers can be established under one scheme for batch test. During the test process, the program can collect data in real time, draw curves in real time and calibrate automatically. Use access large database for data storage to facilitate user resource sharing and re analysis. After the test, the data will be processed and saved automatically. 7. it has a manual lifting knob. If the knob is rotated at different speeds, the middle beam will rise and fall at different speeds. When it is slow, the load sensor can be calibrated, and when it is fast, it can be close to full speed. It is very suitable for operation under special circumstances.

8. with the function of high-speed disc alignment, the upper pressure plate will automatically merge at the speed of 300mm / min, and then automatically set the displacement to zero, and determine the lower pressure plate as the displacement zero. Then automatically return to stop at 50mm from the lower pressure plate. The accuracy of the testing machine meets higher requirements and reduces the randomness of manual disc merging.
