Description of equipment composition:

The testing machine consists of five parts: pressure control system, pressure source, constant temperature medium box, fixture and computer.

1) The pressure control system in the control cabinet is composed of pressure pipeline and electrical control. The pressurizing pipe is composed of accumulator, solenoid valve, one-way valve, filter, manual needle valve, connecting pipeline and other components. The electrical control part is composed of digital pressure control gauge, temperature control instrument, pressure sensor, solenoid valve, relay, overheat protector, various switches, etc.

2) The pressure source is used to provide the total pressure for the main pressure system according to the test conditions.

3) The thermostatic medium box is mainly composed of box, circulating pump, heater and temperature control system. The box is composed of stainless steel liner, plastic sprayed shell (or stainless steel), insulation layer, sample support and box cover.

4) The fixture is A-type, and the unique design makes the disassembly and assembly of the test fixture more convenient and free; The wedge-shaped thread clamping device makes the clamping force greater. This series of clamps has the characteristics of reasonable structure, fast clamping speed, reliable sealing and convenient disassembly.

5) The computer is equipped with Lenovo brand machine, which is connected to the control cabinet through serial port. The brand machine is a national joint guarantee, which can be maintained at all outlets.

working principle

The working principle of the machine is:

1) Set the control pressure and range of the main pressure instrument so that the pressure source provides a pressure 2 ~ 3Mpa higher than the maximum pressure of the branch and stores it in the accumulator.

2) The test pressure shall be calculated according to the ring stress requirements of the sample, and the control pressure and range of the branch pressure instrument shall be set accordingly. After operation, the instrument control solenoid valve shall be fully connected to make the pressure of the sample rise rapidly. When the set pressure is reached, enter the pressure supplement stage.

3) During the pressure supplement stage, the solenoid valve is intermittently connected according to the instrument data to supplement the pressure in the pressure source accumulator into the sample.

4) When the pressure of the pressure source drops to the lower limit of the set pressure, the plunger pump starts and stops when it reaches the upper limit.

5) The machine has the functions of operation, stop, leakage early warning, fracture identification, etc., so that the operator can leave the test site during the test. In case of leakage and fracture of the sample, the alarm will be given automatically and the circuit will be closed automatically. The tests of other circuits will continue to be carried out normally until the test is completed. It has excellent performance price ratio among similar models and is an ideal product to replace imported products.

6) The machine has a serial port and can be equipped with an external calculator to draw the pressure time curve, query the pressure control value in real time, print out the report, and replace the manual duty. When the calculator stops working, the instrument can still continue to work. However, the calculator does not directly control the solenoid valve, but must be controlled by the instrument. The instrument cannot stop working during the test. During the test, the calculator can also be shut down at any time to do other business, and the host works normally. When the host computer is connected with the calculator, the host computer will automatically transmit the data to the calculator, without any impact on the test.

7) The water tank is heated in the main tank to ensure the service life of the heating pipe, and the extracorporeal circulation makes the water temperature in the water tank uniform. The thermostatic medium water tank has two specifications: single heating type (i.e. without refrigeration, the temperature control range is -95 ºC) and refrigeration heating type (i.e. with refrigeration, the temperature control range is 15-95 ºC).
